AFT Season 1 – Episode 1: Tyler & Josie (Summit Summer Interns 2016)

On their very first day in the office we asked Tyler Clark and Josie Parker (our 2016 Summit Summer Interns) a few questions to help us get to know them a little bit better. Find out why Josie relates to Belle from Disney’s Beauty And The Beast, and discover Tyler’s sinister plans to brainwash middle schoolers on a stranded island (well, kinda).

We hope you will get to know Tyler and Josie (even better) while they are home and working with us this summer. And let us remember how they are (poor) college students needing healthy home-cooked meals.

I’m sorry, what?
Did I just hear dinner invitations for them?

Side note: It must be said…this podcast is extra special because it’s OUR FIRST ONE! We are starting something new that will hopefully be a constant encouragement to our church family, and to others who want a sneak peak into what’t going on at Alameda. May God bless our efforts for growing stronger love and community at Alameda.

(The theme music on AFT is borrowed from Paul Simon’s hit song You Can Call Me Al found on his fabulous 2010 collection album: The Essential Paul Simon. You might recall not only Paul Simon‘s wonderful voice and other amazing talents, but also the notable and fantastic featured bass solo played by Bakithi Kumalo. You can always purchase his wonderful album on iTunes by clicking HERE. Why not do it now!)
